I was overwhelmed with sadness and started crying, and I am still crying as I write this. I am sorry that I never had the opportunity to meet her , but through our virtual socializing I experienced her as an extremely dear person.Reading her posts it immediately becomes clear to you how much she adores her boyfriends and enjoys cooking for them.We bloggers know her asmasterfor pies and I’m sure I’ll have hersvideolook many more times. Snow’s death touched me so much that I felt the need to dedicate this post to her. I flipped through hersblogand chose the recipe as a final greeting to a virtual friend.

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml of sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml glass of oil
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 ml of semolina
  • 200 ml ground walnuts, approximately 60 g (I used almonds)
  • 200 ml grated apples, two smaller apples
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • 2 bars of grated chocolate
  • 1 baking powder
Briefly mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add all the other ingredients, mix and let stand for an hour. Line a 30 x 20 cm baking sheet with baking paper and arrange the remaining mixture. bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Check with a toothpick if the cake is baked and let it cool on the rack.
