Homemade nutella

I’ve often wondered why someone makes homemade nutella. You go to the store, reach for the product on the shelf and the story is over. I changed my mind when we were part of the game A joint meal get the task of making homemade nutella. Full of hazelnuts and refined – two reasons are enough to never buy a product in a store again, but to make it yourself.
  • 200 g roasted hazelnuts
  • 40 g cocoa
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 dates (cleaned and previously immersed in lukewarm water)
  • 100 – 150 ml of milk (depending on the consistency you want)
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a multipractice, grind the hazelnuts to the consistency of butter. Add all the other ingredients except the milk and pulse until the mixture becomes compact. Gradually add the milk, depending on the consistency you want (I put 100ml of milk). Try not to eat everything at once 🙂
