Muffins with apples and cinnamon
I haven’t made muffins in a long time, but really for a very long time. Half a year has passed for sure, if not more. He asks me one day Tamara when I make some muffins or cupcakes. Bo, I have no idea, no cool paper basket. She took care of the fun of the basket and I was very surprised when the postman brought me the package she sent me. And inside the basket I wanted to try! I don’t know about you, but the classic paper ones get on my nerves. I don’t bake muffins that often and then over time those paper baskets spread out, so when the muffins are baked in them, they wrinkle around the edges of the muffins. So I gave up on buying new baskets. The ones I got from Tamara are solid and certainly won’t deform. The dough doesn’t stick to them at all and with me they deserve a clean five for functionality. So I have new baskets, but I still have no idea what to do. And then Jasna, as ordered, published a recipe for muffins with apples, and since I hadn’t made muffins in a long time, they blazed in an instant.
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 ml of yogurt
- 70 ml of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large apple (peeled, peeled and grated)
- 250 g of smooth flour
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- cinnamon to taste
- powdered sugar (for sprinkling)
Whisk the eggs with the sugar with a whisk. Add milk, oil, yogurt and vanilla extract. Stir in cinnamon and sifted flour with baking powder and finally add the grated apples. Arrange the mixture in paper baskets (the recipe is for 12 pieces) and fill them up to 2/3. Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
