I just got myself an Airfryer and have been experimenting with some recipes.

This Tom Yum Grilled Chicken is my trial recipe which worked! It’s so easy to make and perfect for salad or as a sandwich filling. Plus point is, the airfryer doesn’t dry out the chicken breast meat.

I’m definitely gonna cook a bigger portion the next round ✌️

Edited Recipe, using 2 Chicken Thighs. 

The flavor is not over powering, even 2yo Mini K had some for dinner! 😋


2 Large Chicken Thighs, Boneless


1cube Knorr Tom Yum stock cube

1tsp Sugar

1tsp Garlic powder

1tsp Light Soy Sauce

4tsp Sake

4tsp Mirin

Dashes of Black Pepper

1TBS Cornflour


•Wash & pat dry chicken thighs, make some slits on the flesh with a knife.

•Mash a cube of Knorr Tom Yum stock cube & add in all the seasonings, except Cornflour. Mix well.

•Add in cornflour to form a liquid paste.

•Rub the seasoning paste all over the chicken thighs. Leave in the fridge for a few hours.

•Remove marinated chicken thighs from fridge 30mins before cooking.

•Preheat airfryer at 180C/5mins.

•Put chicken thighs into airfryer, skin side UP. Grill at 180C/20mins.

•Check after 15mins. Flip over & continue cooking till done.
