What’s for dessert ?: Gluten Free: A quick dessert
Happiness is in the little things. So I was thrilled to find this one too recipe. I always have all the ingredients at home and I can enjoy dessert in 15 minutes. The ingredients are fine, healthy, without sugar and flour, and with the addition of Greek yogurt and seasonal fruit it becomes a real treat. Although chocolate lovers will appreciate this dessert without additives. The amount of ingredients is enough for two smaller portions.
Cut the banana into slices and mash with a fork. Add the butter, honey and vanilla and mix well until the ingredients are combined. Add the chocolate drops. Coat two smaller refractory molds with butter and spread the mixture. Sprinkle a few chocolate drops on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180ºC, depending on what kind of firmness you want. Dessert looks more like a pudding than a biscuit.
