What’s for dessert ?: Nutella tiramisu
Whenever I do a classic tiramisu, be sure to make a version tailored to my taste. So no coffee and preferably with some added flavor. So this time it was time for nutella tiramisu (the recipe is from the magazine Alice cucina). Nutella tiramisu can be made in the classic form of a cake and then cut into cubes or served in glasses.
- 100 g biscuit
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g nutella
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- 120 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 100 g toasted coarsely chopped hazelnuts
Mix mascarpone and nutella. Mix the sweet cream into the whipped cream and lightly mix it with the nutella mixture with a fork. Tear the biscuits into smaller pieces (depending on the size of the glass), dip them briefly in milk with rum and arrange in the cups alternately a row of biscuits, a row of cream, a little chopped hazelnuts until you have used up all the ingredients. The amount is enough for 4 – 6 smaller glasses. Refrigerate for a minimum of three hours.
